Here are some tips you can refer to when choosing a new pair of reading glasses:

1.  Face shape - Know your face shape.  Stand in front of a mirror and determine if you have a round, a square, an oblong, a heart-shape, or a diamond face shape.  Also, check the widest portion of your face, as this will become your basis in choosing the perfect frame for your trendy reading glasses.

4.   Job Type - If your work requires you to travel a lot, you should consider trendy reading glasses that have sturdy frames and optical quality lenses that withstand the constant pack-and-go requirement of your job.  Plastic frames are lightweight, but they easily break and may not be advisable to be tossed a lot inside a suitcase!
